The Valentine Peace Project
The Valentine Peace Project is an international initiative to spread poetry on love and peace each Valentine's day in various world cities. For this year's event in Amsterdam more than a thousand Fair Trade roses from Africa as well as local and Palestinian carnations will be available to pass out throughout the city after being connected to poems received on people's reflections on peace and love. The project aims to underline peace awareness, create a community art action and re-imagine a more expanded vision of the international day of Love.
Come participate in our Global Valentine in the foyer (12:00 - 16:00). Bring your 'love & peace' attitude and if you have a bakfiets bring it along!
